Some of the main reasons are;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When the cached copy of mailbox in Outlook is different than the one in MS Exchange.<\/li>\n<li>When users try to reset the Exchange, mailbox keeping the cached Exchange mode enabled, a new OST file is created by MS Outlook and retains the old offline OST data on the local system.<\/li>\n<li>When the mailbox is migrated to another version of Exchange.<\/li>\n<li>A slow and poor network connection between the client and the server.<\/li>\n<li>Problem with DNS configuration as well as DNS settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>How to Fix This Error?<\/h4>\n<p>There are generally three different methods to resolve this error.
