It is so because this operating system offers extremely simple, interactive and user-friendly GUI. But as positive and negative aspects walk hand in hand, therefore, Windows also has a disadvantage of easily getting prone to corruption or damage. Many-a-times the reason for corruption is accidental file deletion, abrupt system shutdown, virus attack, damaged partition structure, corruption in windows registry, etc but sometimes the reason remains unidentified.

Consider a window corruption scenario where a user opens his Vista home premium based computer system and after getting over with booting process, see just a black screen for approx 6 minutes. Thereafter, when the logon screen appears, the icons of user accounts are visible but when clicked upon the screen remains as-it-is. On trying to boot in safe mode, the error appears that, ‘logon.scr application failed to initialize properly’ and after that the screen turns blank and black yet over again.

Though, this issue can be resolved by formatting Windows but the problem is that it will result in loss of data which is contained in C: partition. A solution to this problem is recovering the data by using a third party efficient utility such as Windows data recovery after formatting Windows.

FAT and NTFS is a wondrous utility to deal with corruption issues of windows. With this utility, it becomes easy to handle the errors like “formatting error,” “Cannot delete or repair corrupted file on NTFS Volume,” etc. The tool provides recovery of data in case of accidental formatting of drive and can even recover data from IDE, EIDE, SCSI, SATA, PEN, ZIP, and USB drives. Moreover, FAT and NTFS is equipped with three powerful modes of scanning – Quick Scan, Extensive Scan, and File Trace which provide accurate and efficient recovery.

Windows is the most widely and commonly used operating system world-wide.
