How to Resolve this Error?<\/h4>\n

This error can only be resolved by clearing the Outlook Auto-complete store. Now, there are different ways to clear the Auto-complete store of Outlook. Below we have mentioned each method in detail.<\/p>\n

Method 1:<\/strong> The first method includes clearing the Auto-complete store through the Outlook app.<\/p>\n

  • Open Outlook and go to the \u201cFile<\/strong>\u201d tab and select \u201cOptions<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n

    Method 2:<\/strong> This method includes the use of cmd command to start Outlook, and then clear the Auto-complete store.<\/p>\n

    • Press \u201cWindow + R<\/strong>\u201d to start the \u201cRun<\/strong>\u201d command.<\/li>\n
    • Now, type \u201cOutlook.exe \/CleanAutoCompleteCache<\/strong>\u201d in the field and hit \u201cOk<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n

      With the help of this method, you don\u2019t have to go through the hassle of clearing auto-complete store manually.<\/p>\n

      (Note:<\/strong> To use this method, make sure that you\u2019re logged in with Outlook)\n<\/ul>\n

      Method 3:<\/strong> If none of the above methods work for you, then try to clear server-side cache by loading Outlook in Online mode. To do this, follow the below steps:<\/p>\n

      • Go to the Tools<\/strong> menu and click Account settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Now, on the E-mail tab, click the Exchange Server account, and then click \u201cChange<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n
      • Under Microsoft Exchange Server, check the \u201cUse cached exchange mode<\/strong>\u201d checkbox.<\/li>\n
      • After this, restart Outlook and clear the cache by following the methods mentioned above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        If you\u2019re unable to turn on \u201cCache Exchange mode<\/strong>,\u201d it means your Outlook is not logged in with an Exchange account. And the third method only works if your Outlook has an Exchange account.<\/p>\n
