Exchange Suite simplifies the EDB recovery process by providing convenient searching, filtering, and saving options. Using this tool, one can recover user mailboxes and public folders from EDB files without data loss, and maintaining the data integrity. And the recovered data can be saved to Outlook PST files, live Exchange, or Office 365.

With this tool, migration of user mailboxes (even Shared mailboxes) from one Exchange version to another is very easy. You can simply drag and drop the mailbox folders/items one after the other from the source server to the destination server. Also, you can easily export EDB file to PST file, live Exchange Server, and Office 365.

You can easily migrate from one Office 365 organization to another. It lets you to smoothly migrate all the user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, public folders and archive folders from Office 365 to another Office 365 or Exchange Server. However, you can also export the messages to various file formats as well – EML, PST, and DBX files. It connects with MFA-enabled Office 365 accounts and provides suitable login methods with modern authentication.

This tool performs OST to PST conversion, a common requirement for Exchange administrators. And if needed, OST files can directly be saved to a production Server or Office 365. This facility is quite useful to restore mailboxes if some of them are missing after an Exchange recovery or migration operation.

It repairs corrupt PST files and restores their data to PST files (new or existing), Office 365 cloud, or Exchange on-premises. Using the folder selection facilities and item filters of the Exchange Suite, one can recover the PST data selectively too.

Using this tool, one can restore Exchange data from backups as well. The Backup Extractor extracts EDB files from Exchange backup (BKF) files created in various backup applications like Symantec, NT Backup, HP Backup, and CAARCserve, and VERITAS.

You can instantly find your important emails and items using the search function. All you’ve to do is to select the source mailbox (even multiples) wherein you want to run a search and specify the desired keyword or phrase to begin that search. You can perform a search based on these fields: Attachments (size, name and type), General, Mail Properties (message size/class), and Data range.

The suite allows the complete preview of selected mailboxes before restoring them to the desired destination. You can open any data item for preview like email (along with attachments), contacts, calendar entries, tasks etc. right from the software console.

You can actually view the history of all operation logs performed till the current date. The suite generates logs for emails exported based on folder, search, single/multiple mailbox(es) etc. This function is helpful for analyzing the failure of any operation through the generated summary of the log details.

Exchange Suite can be conveniently operated in three different languages including English (by default), French and German. With a single click, you can comfortably work in your preferred language.

The trial version is available for free software evaluation. Also, it lets you to restore 25 items per folder of source mailbox to the desired destination for absolutely free. Additionally, you can save any two messages of your choice from the source to the destination server.

The suite facilitates smooth public folder migration from Exchange Server or Office 365 to any destination like Live Exchange, Office 365, or another public folder. The data can be copied from the source and pasted to the target with remarkable ease.
