The Exchange Backup & Restore tool allows you to quickly backup multiple mailboxes associated with your account with complete data integrity. For each Exchange mailbox, a new PST file will be created. If the UPN ID is different from the email id of the mailbox, you can also back up the mailboxes.

Here are the steps of the Backup Exchange Server Mailbox tool –

  1. Step 1- Click Restore in the Home Screen.
  2. Step 2- Click Add in the Add Source panel and browse PST file(s).
  3. Step 3- Click Add in the Add Destination panel and input the credentials of Exchange Server account.
  4. Step 4- After selecting the destination, map the source PST files to its respective destination Exchange server mailboxes.
  5. Step 5- Apply the appropriate filters to migrate only the desired data.
  6. Step 6- After successful migration, a report will inform you about the migrated data and its status.

Yes. Our tool creates a unique PST file for each Exchange mailbox after backup, and the PST file will have the same name as the Exchange mailbox.

After you input the login credential of your Exchange mailbox, you will see a dropdown list with the options—mailbox, public folder, groups, and archive mailbox. You can select the public folder option and proceed to back up its data.
