Follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the Add Files button and select the files from your system.
  2. Select the combining option, let’s say Merge, and click on Next.
  3. Now select the specific folders from the file. Click on Next to proceed.
  4. In the filter section, apply the filters as per your requirement, like Items and Date.
  5. Select whether you want to save it in a New PST file or in an existing one; then provide a destination to the file. Click on Next button to proceed.
  6. Wait for the process to finish. Click on OK once done.

The tool offers two options to combine PSTs, one by merging them and the other by joining them. With the Merge option, you can combine individual folders of the separate PST files and save into a single PST file. But when you opt to join the PST, all the folders you want to combine will be saved in the PST file as different folders.
