The Standard Mode is much faster than the Advanced Mode. If the Standard Mode fails to recover the data, then only you need to go for the Advanced Mode.

You can choose to export the database item to a batch file. This batch can be accessed on SQL Server when it is available.

Yes. You can choose to export triggers only. Check the Trigger folder in the left pane and leave the other folders unchecked.

The preview feature lets you verfity the recovered data. Also, it helps to choose the data that needs to be recovered.
